HIGHLIGHTS.

For 10 days and 9 nights, the Défi Wind 2026 transforms Gruissan into a veritable playground of sea, wind and party.
Each day is organized around the rhythm of the competition: opening of the village in the morning, briefings for participants,
and then launch of the races according to the conditions, offering a continuous show on the water.

As night falls, the event takes on a whole new dimension.
From 7pm to 2am, the “Sonores” evenings feature an eclectic mix of live concerts and DJ sets.
Each evening features a different atmosphere, brought to life by different artists, to extend the energy of the Défi well beyond the water.

The Wind 2026 Challenge relies on a solid ecosystem of committed partners,
, who are helping to make the event an international benchmark.
Institutions, iconic boardsports brands, local players and innovative companies are joining forces
to support the event and enrich the overall experience.

At the heart of the event, a 10,000m2 ephemeral village hosts 62 brands and destinations,
from 15 countries, dedicated exclusively to winter sports.

A place to meet, exchange ideas and enjoy open-air activities

meet industry professionals and enjoy a unique, friendly atmosphere with their feet in the sand.
